Principle of Operation:
The porous metal filter element inside the electric suction filter is made by sintering at a high temperature with a sintered wire mesh, and the water filter element is automatically cleaned by differential pressure control, timing control and timing control. When impurities accumulate on the surface of the filter element, the pressure difference between the inlet and the outlet increases to a set value, or the timer reaches a preset time, and the electric control box sends a signal to drive the backwash mechanism.
When the inlet of the backwash sucker is directly opposite to the inlet of the filter, the drain valve is opened, and the system releases the pressure and drains, and a negative pressure area with a relative pressure lower than the water pressure outside the filter element appears inside the sucker and the filter core. The net circulating water is forced to flow into the inner side of the filter core from the outside of the filter core, and the impurity particles adsorbed on the inner wall of the filter core flow with water into the sucker and discharge from the drain valve. During the whole self-cleaning process, the filtered water continues to flow out from the outlet.
The electronic control system controls the self-cleaning process of the electric automatic cleaning screen filter by the differential pressure meter. If the pressure difference does not change after a self-cleaning cycle, the second self-cleaning will take place in 30 seconds.
