A pressure washer is a cleaner with high pressure. It is a mechanical pulverizer, which uses water with high pressure washer to clean and remove the mould, dirtiness, dust and mud of surfaces and objects from buildings, vehicles, and concrete pavement. In a pressure washer, the jet uses pressure in a closed box to clean the dirty parts. It can be rented or bought equipment, which produces a pressure of 50 bar with 1200 bars or more.
The pressure washer is fundamentally composed of the following:
1. An engine which leads directly to a water pump
2. Pipe with high pressure
3. Passage of the trigger of gun of style
Just like a spray hose for a garden is used to increase the dynamic pressure of the liquid to run out, a exclusive pressure washer adds its own capacity of the dynamic force. Note that the pump does not draw more water from the pipe in which the disc is connected. Consequently, water must be sufficient for each given machine connected to it: its flow must be equal or higher than that of the disc, so that the pump is never to die of hunger (that can damage it).
Several different types of tubes are available. Each type is useful for a particular application. Certain tubes causes jet to be ejected in a triangular plan, while others emit a thin jet or pencil thin filament of water, which develops in spirals quickly. The majority of the tubes join directly to the trigger of the gun.
Certain cleaners for high pressure washers, in combination with a nozzle allow the detergent to be introduced into the water jet, while helping in the process of cleaning. Two types of injectors of chemicals are available: an injector for low pressure, which leaves chemical after the water is pumped (injector downstream) and a high pressure injector, which has chemicals before water penetrates in the pump (in bottom of the injector).
The cleaners with high pressure are dangerous tools and should be exploited only in the respect of the security instructions. The water pressure close to the tube is enough powerful to strip the flesh of the bone. Objects in water can be ejected tube at high-speed. The process of cleaning can project objects starting from surface to be cleaned, also at high speeds. The cleaners with high pressure tend to break asphalt, if aiming directly to it, because the water cracks and holes enter with high pressure.
